Sally Strosahl, M.A., LCPC, FAMI, is a licensed psychotherapist who has been in private practice in the Fox Valley area for over thirty years. The mother of three adult children and a wife of thirty-eight years, Sally offers the wisdom which comes from the experiences of raising a family and being in a long-term committed relationship.

In addition to being a licensed psychotherapist, Sally is a trained vocalist and studies the use of music and guided imagery in the therapeutic process. Sally has advanced certification in the Helen Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) from the Mid-Atlantic Training Institute. "Music transports us. Music bypasses the left, cognitive brain and opens our hearts, allowing us to be aware of our feelings and to connect with our deeper selves. Music heals and inspires."

She is also a Level III practitioner of Holographic Memory Resolution(HMR), receiving training from founder Brent Baum and supervision from Yvonne Hedecker. HMR is a powerful self-healing technique that helps to clear unresolved trauma, allowing the client to feel more fully present to the moment and achieve optimal wellness and health. This method is very effective in management of anxiety and depression as well as chronic pain, is noninvasive and does not re-traumatize.
